Where Does Stash Valet Store Items for Ottawa University Students?

Your belongings make a quick stop at our first central facility to be organized and then are relocated to our double top-secret gated and secured facility accessible only by key members of our trained Stash Valet Squad. The exact location of our Ottawa facilities is confidential to ensure the utmost security and privacy for your items. 

What Can Students Store with Stash Valet?

What Items Are Prohibited in Stash Valet Storage for Ottawa Students?

Safety first! We cannot store anything hazardous or illegal. Prohibited items include explosives, flammables, lithium batteries, perishables, and anything else that wouldn’t be allowed on a plane. We'll stash the bbq but the tank has to find it's own home for the summer.  

Does Stash Valet Offer Insurance for Stored Items in Ottawa?

How Can Ottawa Students Cancel a Stash Valet Reservation?

Change of plans? Find a friend with an empty basement? No problem and well played btw. Cancel your reservation through your account or by emailing us at hi@stashvalet.com but be sure we replied and confirmed the cancellation. 

Can I Save Even More By Planning Ahead? 

We do suggest booking your storage pickup at least four days in advance and you can book as early as you want. Need last-minute service? We‘re a local family business that can flex to your needs. Place your order and we’ll make it happen.
